Digital Products & Programs
Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access upon purchase, all digital products, programs, downloadable materials, workshops, and online content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Refund requests submitted prior to content access may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Hippie Blossom.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships and community access are generally instant access.
You may cancel at any time, but refunds for prior billing periods will not be issued.
Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
1:1 Services & Sessions
Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or cancellations within less than 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the session.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time; tardiness may result in a shortened session.
Sessions are non-transferable and may not be reassigned without prior written approval.
Physical Products
All sales are final except in the case of defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Exceptions
Hippie Blossom reserves the right to deny refunds if misuse, abuse, or policy violations are detected.
