Service Description

This session is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and allow your body and energy to remember their natural rhythm. A sacred pause. A moment to breathe. A space to gently release what no longer serves and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that already lives within you. SESSION During your session, I intuitively work with crystal frequencies and your energy field to support balance, grounding, and energetic flow. Crystals are natural amplifiers of intention and vibration, and are used to help clear stagnant energy, bring awareness to areas of tension, and encourage harmony within your system. Each session is unique, guided by your energy and what feels most supportive in the moment. BENEFITS Crystal energy work may be helpful for those seeking emotional release, stress relief, nervous system regulation, grounding, clarity, creative flow, or a deeper sense of connection with their inner world. Many people experience a sense of calm, lightness, insight, or gentle emotional processing. While this is not a medical treatment or a substitute for professional care, it can be a beautiful complementary practice for those on a self-healing or personal growth journey. SETTING Virtual 💻 Create a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruption. Depending on the session, you may be invited to lie down, close your eyes, breathe, journal, move, or simply receive. I'll guide you through the experience from beginning to end, so there's nothing you need to prepare or already know. In-Person 🌿 (Available Upon Request) For those near Greenville, SC, in-person sessions may also be available in my home Zen Den. The softly lit space is designed as a peaceful sanctuary where you can settle in, get comfortable, and step away from the outside world for a while.
