Service Description

This session is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and allow your body and energy to remember their natural rhythm. A sacred pause. A moment to breathe. A space to gently release what no longer serves and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that already lives within you. SESSION During your session, I intuitively work with crystal frequencies and your energy field to support balance, grounding, and energetic flow. Crystals are natural amplifiers of intention and vibration, and are used to help clear stagnant energy, bring awareness to areas of tension, and encourage harmony within your system. Each session is unique, guided by your energy and what feels most supportive in the moment. BENEFITS Crystal energy work may be helpful for those seeking emotional release, stress relief, nervous system regulation, grounding, clarity, creative flow, or a deeper sense of connection with their inner world. Many people experience a sense of calm, lightness, insight, or gentle emotional processing. FORMAT Energy transcends space—choose what feels most aligned for you: 1) In-Person (Zen Den 🌿) 2) Virtual (Zoom 💻) SETTING This in-person session takes place in my home "Zen Den", located in Greer, SC. The space is a softly lit, peaceful sanctuary designed to help your nervous system settle and your heart feel at ease. You’ll rest fully clothed on a comfortable cushion, surrounded by warm blankets and pillows, allowing your body to soften while you simply receive. There is nothing you need to do, nothing you need to know, and nothing to fear—this is a space for deep relaxation, presence, and gentle reconnection with yourself.
