Sound Bath Immersion

Service Description

This session is an invitation to be carried by vibration, to rest inside resonance, and to allow sound to gently move what has been held too tightly. A harmonic reset. A listening inward. A moment where stillness and frequency meet, and your energy is reminded of its natural rhythm. SESSION During your sound bath, you’ll be immersed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan cymbals, and other elemental harmonic instruments . These frequencies move through the body like waves, gently interacting with your energy field and nervous system. Sound works beyond the thinking mind, helping to guide the body into a deeply relaxed, meditative state where tension can soften and awareness can expand. BENEFITS Sound healing may be supportive for stress relief, emotional release, mental clarity, nervous system regulation, grounding, creative flow, and deep rest. Many people experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, vivid imagery, or a sense of floating or timelessness. While this is not a medical treatment, it can be a powerful complementary practice for those seeking balance, insight, or a deeper connection with themselves. FORMAT Energy transcends space—choose what feels most aligned for you: 1) In-Person (Zen Den 🌿) 2) Virtual (Zoom 💻) SETTING This in-person session takes place in my home "Zen Den", located in Greer, SC. The space is a softly lit, peaceful sanctuary designed to help your nervous system settle and your heart feel at ease. You’ll rest fully clothed on a comfortable cushion, surrounded by warm blankets and pillows, allowing your body to soften while you simply receive. There is nothing you need to do, nothing you need to know, and nothing to fear—this is a space for deep relaxation, presence, and gentle reconnection with yourself. Also available as a remote video conferencing option, in which headphones are strongly recommended.
