Tuning Fork Session

Service Description

This session is an invitation to attune to your breath, your body, and your inner rhythm. A subtle recalibration and quiet resonance. A space where vibration becomes a language of harmony, gently guiding your energy back into balance. SESSION During your session, I identify your emotional and physical blockages and use calibrated tuning forks to introduce precise frequencies into your energy field. These vibrations are applied in and around the body to support coherence, balance, and energetic alignment. Tuning forks work subtly yet deeply, helping the nervous system regulate, bringing awareness to areas of stagnation, and encouraging a natural flow of energy throughout the body. BENEFITS Tuning fork sessions may be supportive for stress relief, emotional regulation, grounding, mental clarity, physical tension, sensory sensitivity, and overall energetic balance. Many people experience sensations such as deep calm, pain relief, gentle shifts in awareness, tingling, or a sense of inner stillness. While this is not a medical treatment, it can be a beautiful complementary practice for those on a self-healing or mindfulness journey. SETTING This session takes place in my home "Zen Den", located in Greer, SC. The space is a softly lit, peaceful sanctuary designed to help your nervous system settle and your heart feel at ease. You’ll rest fully clothed on a comfortable cushion, surrounded by warm blankets and pillows, allowing your body to soften while you simply receive. There is nothing you need to do, nothing you need to know, and nothing to fear—this is a space for deep relaxation, presence, and gentle reconnection with yourself.
